BodyWise is a specialized Fitness Studio offering a high end Spinning® Studio and Fitness Classes with licenses such as LES MILLS™ BODYCOMBAT™, BODYPUMP™ and Zumba®.  BodyWise differs from the typical gym environment by offering a variety of options, in a group environment .  Thus, motivating people to stay on track with their health and fitness goals, versus a gym where a person is left to motivate themselves. 

Our goal is to offer our clients the foundation and encouragement to live a consistently healthy lifestyle — with a caring supportive staff to assist you through the tough times and celebrate with you during the fun times.
